The Borovets ski region is currently at the initial stage of  a major transformation with €450M to be invested in the ‘Super Borovets’ project and from which the current ski area will be doubled.  New golf courses are planned to be built in the region with the first one designed by Jack Nicklaus opening in mid 2007.

The ski region is only a one hour transfer from Sofia airport, with it’s daily scheduled direct flights from many UK airport.  This area offers truly spectacular scenery of lakes and mountains and is surrounded by National Parks and pine forests .

The Black Sea Coast north of Varna is seen by many to be similar to that of the Mediterranean Riviera  and is only some 30 minutes drive from Varna International Airport. The region abounds with dramatic pine forests to wide sandy beaches and the area is served by scheduled flights from many UK airports.

Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, will offer investors many opportunities for strong capital growth.  EU membership in January 2007 will bring many new business demands to the city and requirements  for quality accommodation . This will no doubt fuel the demand for good quality Bulgarian homes.
